In continuation of my Despatch No. 182 of the

22nd. May, 1913, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed summary of piracies and robberies reported in the Chinese Press as having taken place in the Province of Kuangtung during the month of : May, 1913. I enclose also summary of a report made to this Govern- -ment of a case of piracy which took place outside the jurisdiction

of the Colony.
